I am Nishesh Awale, a passionate and driven graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), USA. Currently, I am working as a Graduate Research Assistant under the guidance of Dr. Jon Youn, focusing on pattern recognition using data from triaxial accelerometers. Before joining my graduate studies, I worked as a machine learning engineer for more than three years. I received my undergraduate degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus, Tribhuvan University, graduating summa cum laude (1st in class). Right now, I am actively seeking full-time opportunities in software development, data science or artificial intelligence.
